Associate IT Engineer (IT Department)

• Cloud computing services installations with different OS flavors, maintaining & monitoring.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools
• Work with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure scalable and reliable systems
• Maintaining the build artifacts and implementing best practices such as clear versioning, automated creation/storage, and creating access controls.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable software releases and system performance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Maintain and enhance infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., using ARM, Terraform).
• Document infrastructure builds, create support runbooks, and maintain distributed infrastructure.
• Design and drive technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations using automation and orchestration.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 6-24 months of experience as a Cloud infrastructure engineer working on SaaS solution
• Windows/Unix server operating systems advanced skills.
• Experience with configuration management and orchestration systems
• Experience tying all the above into CI/CD and DevOps lifecycle processes
• Hands-on infrastructure monitoring dashboard integrations
• Experience with IAC processes and tools like Terraform
• Experience working with cloud provider, preferably Azure
